Our reputation has been built as being an industry leader in high quality, commercial chloride and alkaline zinc plating servicing the automotive, tel-com, agricultural machinery and fluid control industries. Production capabilities include programmable hoist, automated side arm, automated rack line, manual hoist and barrel plating lines utilizing sophisticated process and SPC controls to ensure the highest quality finish. In 2000, Lustrous Metal installed one of the largest programmable zinc electroplating lines in the United States increasing production to over 26 million parts shipped annually. The most recent addition is a programmable side arm rack line which began operation in 2018. In addition to plating, Lustrous Metal Coatings, Inc. offers many value added services.
